T1N Strike Plate, Bottom Threshold, Rear Door (2001-06 Vans)

This is the locating plate, or strike plate. Its the black piece of plastic that goes across the bottom threshold of the rear door opening on ALL T1N Sprinters, low roof and high roof. 

Do your rear doors rattle or have a hard time closing? One of the reasons this could be happening is because this locating or strike plate is worn out, broken or altogether missing. Don't keep suffering with noisy back doors that let in rain and outside air.
