Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

How can I talk to someone about my order?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that questions sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Pick-Up Orders

At Million Mile Sprinter, we offer a pick-up orders option for customers who would like to purchase products online and pick them up at our headquarters. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place a pick-up order:

  1. Select "Pick-Up at Million Mile Sprinter HQ" during the checkout process.
  2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with pick-up instructions.
  3. Once you have confirmed the pick-up time, you can proceed to pick up your order at Million Mile Sprinter HQ.

Note: Pickup is only available during normal business hours, M-F.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic US orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please email the MMS team if you are seeking a international shipping quote.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

The Million Mile Sprinter team is dedicated to processing returns in a timely and efficient manner. However, please be aware of the following policy:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Installed parts are not eligible for return.
  • Electronic and/or fuel related parts must be returned to Million Mile Sprinter HQ for inspection and verification that the part was not used. Return approval for these parts is at the discretion of the Million Mile Sprinter Team.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
