Ordering

How can I talk to someone about my order?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that questions sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Pick-Up Orders

At Million Mile Sprinter, we offer a pick-up orders option for customers who would like to purchase products online and pick them up at our headquarters. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place a pick-up order:

  1. Select "Pick-Up at Million Mile Sprinter HQ" during the checkout process.
  2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with pick-up instructions.
  3. Once you have confirmed the pick-up time, you can proceed to pick up your order at Million Mile Sprinter HQ.

Note: Pickup is only available during normal business hours, M-F.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic US orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please email the MMS team if you are seeking a international shipping quote.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Why does it look like the box or packaging my order came in was used before?

If you get what you feel like was a used box or packaging, that's because it probably WAS used before! We at MMS HQ in Philadelphia receive dozens of packages every week and instead of just adding to the waste we have to throw out every week, we choose to reuse the good boxes and packaging that we can when we send out your order. This not only reduces the waste we have to throw away at the end of every week, it also keeps us from having to purchase unnecessary boxes and packaging and we can pass that savings on to you, our customer, in the form of overall lower shipping costs.  

Tracking

Why am I getting a "reference number" instead of a tracking number?

MMS does not warehouse most of the products we sell. We contract with other companies and warehouses across the US to store and ship the products that we sell (this is commonly called Drop-Shipping). If you receive a "reference number", just follow the instructions in the email to track your package. There is no need to download any new apps or anything like that. 

Why my tracking reference number isn't working?

Give the system 24 hours to update. If you already have waited 24 hours and there is still no update, please send us an email at support@millionmilesprinter.com and we will look into it for you. 

Why does it take so long to find out where my package is?

We use partner companies to warehouse and ship many of our products. This means that if there is an issue with your shipment, we have to contact the other companies and await information from them before we can get back to you with an answer. 

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

The Million Mile Sprinter team is dedicated to processing returns in a timely and efficient manner. However, please be aware of the following policy:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Installed parts are not eligible for return.
  • Electronic and/or fuel related parts must be returned to Million Mile Sprinter HQ for inspection and verification that the part was not used. Return approval for these parts is at the discretion of the Million Mile Sprinter Team.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
