Lower Side Door Slide Mechanism Passenger Side - Genuine Mercedes 2002-2006

Bottom of sliding door.

This rolling mechanism attaches to the bottom of the sliding door and travels inside a channel. The bearings often fail with age and seize up, causing the outer wheel part to develop flat spots or even fall off. It can be lubricated, but it never quite works properly after that and if the bearing/wheel falls off, the sliding door feels loose as it travels in the channel. 

The only way to access this guide properly is by removing the black plastic step inside of the sliding door. 

We have found that the vast majority of the cheaper, aftermarket copies of these sliding door parts are manufactured at a low quality and therefore end up failing quickly or never working properly to begin with. 

This is one part you really want to stick with Genuine Mercedes parts.
