T1N Door Roller Guide, Sliding Door Middle Carriage, LEFT Side (2001-06 "3500" Vans)

One Drivers-side Sliding Door Roller Guide, called a "carriage" for your 3500 Sprinter Vans.  This is the middle carriage.

There are three carriages for your T1N sliding doors.  The top, middle, and bottom.

It is not interchangeable other sliding door roller guides.

The difference between this 3500 roller and a 2500 roller is that this one pops the sliding door out a bit farther so the door doesn’t hit the outer tire on the dually rear axle. 
Note that for this longer roller to fit inside the the sliding door when it’s closed, it requires a door with a square cut out of it so the roller assembly doesn’t dent the inside of the door. You can tell if your van has this square hole because you can either see the hole or the ~2x2” black plastic cover over the square hole located on the rear outside of the door. It’s very obvious, you can’t miss it. Either you have it or you don’t.
