T1N Heavy Duty Oil Cooler w/ Gasket & Hose (2001-06 Vans)

This extra large oil cooler is a direct fit for all T1N Sprinters. It has 1.5 times more cooling plates than the stock oil cooler! 

This kit includes the gasket and the Oil Cooler to Engine Block hose.

The hose should be replaced when swapping in a new oil cooler, unless you recently replaced your hose. Link to hose. This hose needs a slight trimming when installing with the extra capacity oil cooler.

*Some people have reported slightly higher engine coolant temps after installation of this oil cooler. This is OK and actually acceptable once they understand the function of this oil cooler is to transfer heat from the engine oil into the engine coolant where it can be actively transferred into the atmosphere via the cooling stack (radiator and fan). This does NOT mean that the oil cooler isn't cooling the oil. Quite the opposite, in fact.
