This is the LEFT side sliding door latch. 

It is ONLY for US T1N Sprinters with DUAL sliding doors and its only for the sliding door behind the drivers door. 

or

T1N Sprinters with Right Hand Drive (usually in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan and the UK).
