This PDF is in English and is searchable. I personally have found it to be invaluable in better understanding the systems and ideas behind the operations of the T1N fuel system. It is NOT a repair manual or parts list. Rather it explains the different parts of the fuel system, how they interact with each other and the ECU and gives testing and operational specs to check them for proper function.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
Fuel Injectors, Turbo, MAF, Temperature Sensors, Fuel Pumps, Fuel Rail, Pressure Sensors, Pressure Relief Valves, Air and Fuel Filters, ECU....
You may notice it is specifically for the OM647 engine that was available in all 2004-2006 US Sprinters. However, most of the information is still accurate and pertinent to the 611, 612, 613, 646 and 648 engines that are in this same family.
The 612 is the other 5 cylinder engine in Sprinters that were sold in the US from late 2001-2003. The 611 and 646 engines are 4 cylinder versions and the 613 and 648 are the 6 cylinder versions, all sold worldwide with only the 648 being sold in the US in some of the mid 2000s E class sedans.
